About us
Our commitment
A commitment to people and the environment
Under the Produit du Terroir label, Moulins de Kleinbettingen has signed an agreement to produce flour made entirely from certified wheat or rye. Our partner bakeries are also bound by this agreement, which commits them to preserving the environment and respecting future generations.
By signing the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter, Moulins de Kleinbettingen also undertakes to:
- respect and promote the principle of non-discrimination, encourage pluralism and seek diversity in recruitment and career management
- promote equal employment opportunities and equal treatment within the company
- increase our capacity for innovation and creativity.
The environmental aspect
Moulins de Kleinbettingen's day-to-day operations are deeply rooted in a desire to reduce any negative impact on the environment. Our teams actively promote sustainable agriculture and the development of responsible local products by:
- encouraging short supply chains (purchase of local raw materials),
- maintaining state-of-the-art facilities for responsible energy use,
- proactively participating in the creation of sustainable cereal chains.
The economic aspect
For Moulins de Kleinbettingen, it is essential to be competitive on the national and international stage. This means employing people with the right expertise, but also improving production processes and having facilities with state-of-the-art equipment to stay ahead in a constantly evolving global market.
The social aspect
Within the company, the social aspect is something we take seriously: maintaining good relations with all our stakeholders is essential. Whether it's our shareholders, our employees and their families, our partners or our customers, every link in the chain counts. We make it our mission to:
- respect each person's cultural identity,
- continuously train our teams to help them grow,
- practise participative management based on active listening and constructive exchange,
- maintain close cooperation with institutions and partners.
